Following terms of service apply to all transactions with Pláneta ehf. By using our webpage or make a purchase you automatically agree to our terms of service. Pláneta ehf reserves the right to make any adjustments to these terms of service, the webpage or prices without any formal notification. Pláneta ehf reserves the right to cancel any order for either of the following reasons, incorrect price or incorrect inventory status. We also reserve the right to remove a product from our store without a formal notice. These terms of service are in accordance with Icelandic law and regulations.
This webpage might be connect to another webpage not run by Pláneta ehf. Pláneta ehf has no control over those webpages and takes no responsibility for damages that might occur while using them.
Price and taxes
Be aware that our online prices can change without notice. All our prices include VAT and our receipts include VAT.
Delivery and pickup options
No deliveries will be made on national holidays, unless otherwise specified.
You will receive an email and/or text message when an order is ready.
Orders can be picked up free of charge upon request, however time and date must be negotiated. In this case orders can be picked up at Grænakinn 5, 220 Hafnarfjörður.
All orders are delivered by Dropp or pósturinn. Home deliveries are available for the following areas.
Capital area, Akranes, Eyrarbakki, Hella, Hveragerði, Hvolsvöllur,
Selfoss, Stokkseyri, Reykjanesbær, Þorlákshöfn
Delivery prices for Dropp boxes are:
- Capital area, 750 isk
- Outside Capital area, 900 isk
- Free of charge for orders over 10.000isk
Dropp delivery prices for home deliveries are:
- Capital area,
- 1350 isk 0-20 kg.
- 2350 isk 20-60 kg
- Outside Capital area,
- 1450 isk 0-20 kg.
- 2950 isk 20-60 kg
Deliveries are sent out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and take between 1-3 working days to arrive.
Orders for 10.000isk or more are free of charge when delivered to Dropp/Póst boxes, does not apply to home deliveries.
Receiving your product
All products are processed after payment has been confirmed or the next working day if payment is received after 16:00. You can choose to pick up your order free of charge or delivered for fee specified by delivery provider (Dropp).
All deliveries will be handled by Dropp, and once a delivery leaves our storage space it is subject to Dropp's insurance policy and Terms of service. Therefore Pláneta ehf takes no responsibility for accidents that might happen to our product during transport. In case of a transport accident happening after a product leaves our storage, the responsibility falls on the buyer.
If for some unforeseen reason a purchased product is out of stock, a member of our staff will be in contact to discuss estimated arrival time.
